Mat Pilates

Movement gives you the gift of confidence that stems far beyond the mat. Our dynamic style workouts will both energise and challenge you, but most of all – connect you to a community grounded in movement.

A dynamic, full-body Yoga Sculpt class blending mindful flow with strength. Expect a grounding warm-up, a strong and sweaty flow, and a calming stretch to finish. All levels of experience are welcome!

Sound Meditations

Run by: Sally Phillips Paridis

Sally is a sound bath meditation guide. She conducts sound bowl guided meditation sessions to enable quiet listening and personal process work. She uses both crystal, Tibetan brass bowls and a variety of overtone emitting instruments to encourage an accessible connection with sound. Her sessions encourage opening the senses, inner journeys, connection with the seven major chakras energy fields, finding energy blockages and the opportunity for deep relaxation and balance.
