Darwin Amphitheatre, November 1993. Under a sweltering Territory night sky, a young First Nations boy is swept up by an electrifying presence – Tina Turner. A journey of identity, self-discovery, sequins and transformation begins …

Created and performed by acclaimed First Nations drag artist Miss Ellaneous (Ben Graetz), this dazzling showcase blends storytelling, cabaret and drag in a heartfelt homage to the forever Queen of Rock ‘n’ Roll. Featuring fabulous turns from leading drag, First Nations and LGBTIQ+ performers, TINA – A Tropical Love Story is more than a tribute, it’s a high voltage celebration of Top End community, queer culture and the music of one of the all-time great singers. Simply the Best? Better believe it!

★★★★★ “Breaking the well-worn mould of the tribute show, this dazzling production excels in its capacity to create joy.” – ArtsHub
