Mat Pilates

Movement gives you the gift of confidence that stems far beyond the mat. Our dynamic style workouts will both energise and challenge you, but most of all – connect you to a community grounded in movement.
Zumba Dance Fitness

At DanceFitZone we put the fun into fitness. Our high-energy Zumba classes are exercise in disguise!
Men's Physio Yoga
Run by: Physio Jane
Jane’s classes focus on fitness for strength, neuro-muscular gain and joint stability through range both spinal and limbs. The class is a great addition to facilitate your other sports - ocean or land based or as a stand-alone work-out. The class is about creating balance and stability in the whole body, making you stronger and more aware of how to manage any injuries or limitations – and it’s fun!

Latin Dance

laido Club
Run by: laido Club Bondi Beach
laido is the art of drawing the sword and developed around the 15th century as Iaijutsu. In this class, you'll learn kata techniques such as drawing of the sword to defend while standing, sitting or kneeling.
