An evening of joy and movement for Lifeline Bondi, as we raise vital awareness and funds for Lifeline Bondi's local crisis support and suicide prevention services.
Time: 5:30pm arrival for 6:00pm start. Class finishes at 7:00pm
The class will involve movement practice - fusing yoga, mat pilates, dance cardio and breath awareness. Bring a friend, don't forget your yoga/ exercise mat and wear comfortable exercise clothes. Sneakers optional.
